[net.sf-lovers] Job by Heinlein

I haven't read Job yet (the hardback price is pretty steep, and I don't
trust RAH to always write a good book anymore), but he certainly has a
line up of heavy recommendations on the back of the jacket.

I'm sure Issac Asimov must endorse a lot of books, but I thought he had no
love lost for Heinlein.

Niven and Pournelle owe RAH one or two, so they're not too surprising.

I _was_ surprised to see Arthur C. Clarke on there, though; does he do
a lot of this kind of thing?

You must remember that Asimov has admitted (in some older book... the
title escapes me) to being quoted on books when he had no idea he
had actually said such banal things about it. He may have been caught
again!
