I am on the lookout for Macintosh software that supplements instruction in
high school-level mathematics, from Algebra I and Geometry through
1st-year Calculus. Any and all pointers to and opinions on specific
software packages will be appreciated. Here are some I've heard of:
Algebra I: AlgeBlaster (Davidson (?) Software)
Algebra I Homework Tutor (Missing Link Software)
Geometry: Geometry (Broderbund/Sensei Software)
Algebra II: None
Trigonometry: None
Calculus: Calculus (Broderbund/Sensei Software)
Please send E-mail to dct@mdaali.cancer.utexas.edu. If you can't send
InterNet mail, please follow-up to comp.sys.mac.apps. Also, if anyone
wants a synopsis if what I find out, send me E-mail and I'll send you a
copy (if enough people ask, I may even post it to comp.sys.mac.apps).
Thanks!
