Hi netlanders! My church has been looking for a right accounting software program for their financial picture. Basically they want to buy one that will do (1) spreadsheet (ledger) functions: there will be around 100 accounts. Those spreadsheets will be needed for weekely, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial report. (2) Good payroll records that can keep track of FIT(federal income tax), FICA (social security), State Industrial Insurance, and all the expenses. All records will be used for monthly, quarterly, yearly reports. They purchased "DR" program around 3 years ago and none of the users were happy with it (poor documentation, let alone terrible user support). They bought it since someone told them it "would" work for their needs. In order not to repeat the same mistake, they would like to hear more about your experience with this kind of accounting s/w in your church. Any comment will be appreciated.
