<> A 24-year old male is seen at a hospital clinic for a routine physical. He is tall, thin, in good health, and checks out perfectly normal in the physical. At the end of the physical, walks out of the hospital emergency room exit, and sees his bus pulling up about a block away. He makes a mad dash for the bus, and halfway down the block suddenly clutches his right chest and falls to the ground, in obvious physical distress, breathing laboriously. This episode is witnessed by two sets of ambulance drivers by the exit, one of which takes him back into the Emergency Room on a stretcher. What happened? Actually, if you're like most people, you'll instantly make one guess, and as soon as you speak it, immediately reconsider it, and come up with the correct answer. What are the two answers? -- Craig Werner (MD/PhD '91) !philabs!aecom!werner (1935-14E Eastchester Rd., Bronx NY 10461, 212-931-2517) "If you've heard this story before, don't stop me.
