A friend who programs mainly on a Sun 3/60 has been having a growing amount of pain in his hands from pushing the keys down. It's worse the more keys he presses at once (and he's a power emacs user). He has the problem with many keyboards, though the Sun 3/60 is his main machine. He is looking for a touch sensitive `no pressure' keyboard (or a very low pressure keyboard) that is Sun compatible. (Note: he's been seeking medical help as well.) Pointers to manufacturers, reps in the Boston area, other forums or organizations to ask, etc. all welcomed.
