While attending the AIDS Conference last week I spoke with Jim Dilley
the Director of the AIDS Health Project of UCSF. Jim told me about and
asked me to invite folks who would like to attend a
"work-in-progress" : "ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE" on Monday, July 9th, 7:30pm
at the Film Arts Foundation, 346 Ninth Street, Second Floor, between
Folsom and Harrison.
The AIDS Health Project is working with the same folks that did the
WORD IS OUT a number of years back and collaborating on this public
television program in order to reach out to people around the country who
are coping with known or suspected HIV infection.
At this critical stage of editing, they would like help in evaluating
how the film is received. The screening will last about 90 minutes and
there will be SHORT ANONYMOUS questionnaires to get feedback.
It sounds like it will be interesting and weather you are HIV positive
or not doesn't matter.
