This entire issue was covered at one time, but I hadn't paid enough attention when it was discussed in this news group. I recall someone posting to the net, a patent number which Apple supposedly had (or was it a patent application number?) on their pull down menus or other such look and feel aspect of the Macintosh user-interface. I had thought that all Apple had was a visual copyright on their interface. If they do have patents, could someone tell me what they were for? The whole issue has suddenly more interesting for me. I apologize for bring this topic up since I'm sure it was dragged back and forth in this group for a long time...
