[misc.misc] GCC - An apology to Len Tower.

In a recent reply, I mentioned Len Tower in a parenthetical remark.  I
was out of line to do this, since I had not previously discussed my
beef with Len, and because the note that I had viewed as abusive was
not directed to this audience.

Len,  I'm sorry for airing my frustration with FSF in front of the
wrong audience.  Having read your explanation, I conclude I
misinterpretted the intent of your comments.
