[misc.misc] New Public Access UNIX in NJ

For anyone interested, althea in now public access.  It is located
in New Brunswick, NJ.  The phone number is (201) 846-2460 - login as
'request' to request a login.  300/1200/2400 baud.  We have a full
NETNEWS feed, but for now, only 1 phone line.  There is no charge to
use this system.
