One practically new Maynard 60M external tape unit (cassette) w/ctlr. Has not
seen more than 15 power-on hours total. Was sparcely used as an in-house
unit for a little over 1 month. I purchased the unit to qualify Maynard
tape units w/my products (for both Interactive and MSDOS), but alas, I was
misinformed by my salesperson -- it only has drivers for XENIX, not Unix /
Interactive. Maynard was recently rated #1 for customer satisfaction by a
wide margin (PC-Week, I believe).
Extra controllers can be bought for much less than $200, so if you have
several systems that you've been backing up via floppies, here's your chance
to get home a bit earlier for a relatively little bit of $$$. Just move the
backup around (comes w/handle) from system to system, plug it in and let'er
rip.
