I have 2 sets of 4 256K SIMMS for sale. One set is 8 chip SIMMS (Nec, if memory serves) for the Macintosh The other set is 9 chip SIMMS (TI if I recall) for IBM or Mac type machines. Both sets are 120 nanosecond very low profile, surface mount, etc. They are coming out of my Mac II. Asking $125 per set o.b.o.
