[1] Microsoft Windows Software Development Toolkit (SDK) ver 2.1
    - Complete sets in 31/2" and 51/4" disks
    - mail order price : $ 350 ,  selling it at $200

[2] TurboEMS from Latana Technology.
    - emulates EMS 4.0 
    - converts ems 3.2 to ems4.0
    - converts extended memory to ems 4.0
    - use harddisk to provide as 'virtual swapping space '  
    - any combination of above.
    - runs with MS Windows and Desqview.
