Hi all!
First off I'd like to thank everyone who responded to my initial post.
It was, to say the least, overwhelming. Because of this I have opted to
follow up by posting a summary rather than try to respond to each person
individually. I tried to do this at first, but my workload does not currently
allow me time to respond to 60+ messages at this time (I know, I know. I

This modem is NOT V.32/V.42 or PEP. It IS Hayes compatible.
As far as I know, this modem will only communicate at 9600 baud
with another Racal-Vadic 9600VP. It will communicate with all
others at 300 & 1200 baud.

This is the older P321 that does not have the LCD screen
for setup but DIP switches. It also has had it's Toshiba
ROM's replaced with IBM ROM's (for Proprinter emulation).
