I have for sale a ramcard for the Apple IIgs- it's the Applied Engineering GSRam. This card can hold up to 1.5meg, and currently has 1.25 meg. I'll let this go for $75 obo (not long ago I was asking $130). If you want, for $10 more I'll install one more bank of ram (bringing it up to full capacity) and test it out for you.
