We are interested in obtaining a copy of fsh, a functional unix shell,
which is descibed in Software Practice and Experience Vol 17 No10 Oct87.
1) Does anybody have it or know if it is available?
2) Does anybody know if the author, Chris.S.McDonald Dept of Computer Sci,
University of Western Australia is on the net, and if so his address?
