Does anyone out there have any familiarity with an office automation package called Qoffice (from Quatratron)? We just brought it up on one of our systems here and seem to be having some problems configuring a printer for it. We are using a Fujitsu 5600 printer in Epson FX80 emulation mode. With the standard printer description Quatratron provides with the software, the line spacing on all our documents is totally messed up. Compared to what is published in the in the Epson and Fujitsu manuals, the FX80 definition provided with Qoffice looks correct. I don't think its a problem with fujitsu's emulation as we have been using the printer this way for quite some time. Also, I had Qoffice dump the document to a file rather than printing it. The escape sequences included in the document would have caused the spacing problems.
