Sorry to bother you all, but I really need to find some memory chips. What I need are: 256K by 1 bit by 150 nanoseconds or 256K by 1 bit by 120 nanoseconds. I need 48 of them. I would prefer chips by Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Fujitsu, or TI, but would like to hear about any kind. Also, I would prefer the 150 ns chips. 120ns work fine in the board I have, but give no advantage. I would appreciate any names/phone numbers/addresses of mail-order houses, or direct from people who have such chips and want to sell them or anything like that. Please email me any information. If you can't handle ARPAnet, try rlcarr%athena@eddie for UUCP. If it bounces, post to comp.sys.amiga, as that's what I need the chips for, and there are probably lots of Amiga users for whom the info would be useful. Thanks for all the suggestions, but I *have* bought them from someone here at MIT who read the posting - took all of 4 hours. A testiment to the power of USENET. Again, thank you all!! ******************************************************************************* * Richard L. Carreiro GO CELTS! * He did it!
