[misc.wanted] What are these and where can I get them?

Help!!

I need to find either a source for the following items or a cross-reference
to a 100% compatible substitutes and a source for those. (I'm trying to
rebuild a non-functional, non-maintenanced piece of Xerox gear.)

I know that the following are DRAMs, and I know that the following numbers
will directly substitute, but neither Newark Electronics or Arrow (my
usual sources) carry these brands:

	Mitsubishi	MSM4257P-15
	Hitachi		HM50257P-15
	Fujitsu		MB81257-15
	NEC		D41257C-15

I need 72 chips of any of these type.

I believe the following is a SRAM, but I'm not 100% sure:

	Cypress		CY7C168-35PC

And finally, I need a good source for a Micropolis 1325, 80MB, I believe
SCSI, hard disk drive.
