[misc.wanted] looking for bylaws example

I am looking for example bylaws on-line to use as a template for
BaNG (Bay Area users of the NeXT).  I am using the Nolo press
book, Guide to become a California Non-profit, and do not want to
type in the 10 odd pages of Bylaws given as examples.
