So my little one, now 10, is finally showing interest in learning about daddy's PC. Dad would like to tutor him on the vagaries of MSDOS, but I'd be sure to present it in the wrong sequence, no doubt missing some of the stuff I've known for years and just take for granted. Never mind the stuff the schools here are shoveling down our kids' throats, it's all Apple ][ stuff. I'd like your views of the "Learning DOS" or "Introduction to the DOS Operating System" type of tutorial sets on the market. I know MicroSoft has one out, retailing for $39.95 hereabouts. Is is any good - for the 5th grade set - are there others - any better than MS's - are any of the tutorials release-specific - my MSDOS is v3.3.:x Tell me what you think of the tutorial you've had experience with and whether or not you have it and would care to part with it.
