I didn't get to the Hartford show Sunday 10/14 but a friend of mine did and wanted me to post the songlist. I guess they played for about 4 hours and when the lights came on Phil and the drummers were still on stage and wanting to play more. Anyways ... 1st Set 2nd Set ------- ------- Alabama Getaway China Cat -> Greatest Story Ever Told I Know You Rider Dire Wolf Sampson & Delilah Little Red Rooster High Time Dupree's Diamond Blues Estimated Prophet -> Brother Esau Eyes of the World -> Loser Drums / Space -> (a long space) New Minglewood Blues China Doll -> Row Jimmy Row Throwin' Stones -> I Need A Miracle Not Fade Away ... Might As Well Lovelight (this was their encore) They did the fade out on Not Fade Away and Bob Weir came running back on stage, started Lovelight, and the rest of teh band joined him. So they really didn't do an 'encore'. I think they were facing a midnight curfew! There's a rumor going around that Bob Dylan will be opening for the Dead at Syracuse this Saturday (10/20). Has anyone else heard anything about that? "nothing left to do ...", Bob Hamel
