[misc.wanted] WANTED: Toshiba P351 form tractor and manual

Dear Netters,
      I have a Toshiba P351 printer (wide carriage, 24 pins) which I picked up
used, and which came with no documentation and no forms tractor.  So, does
anybody out there in newsgroup-land have:

      1:  A list of what settings are controlled by the rear-panel DIP switches

      2:  A reference manual for this printer which they would be willing to
          sell for a small (<$10) price?

      3:  A forms tractor in good operating condition, preferably <$50?

Any and all replies/flames appreciated.  This is for my church, and if I can't
find this stuff, the nuns will have me doing penance for the next five years
(or until they run into their next computer problem).  Please reply to me
directly, as this probably isn't of general interest.  If anyone else IS
interested, just drop me a note and I'll summarize for the net
