[misc.wanted] Info needed on 4GL/Forms packages

I am looking for information on 4GL/Forms packages that across the 
following platforms/Operating Systems/Windowing Systems. 

1. 	SUN 3/SUN 4	SunOS	OpenLook and Motif
2.	IBM RS6000	Aix	Motif
3.	DECStation	Ultrix	Motif
4.	VAXStation	VMS	DecWindows/Motif
5.	IBM-PC		DOS	MS Windows
6.	IBM-PC		OS/2	Presentation Manager
7.	Apollo		Unix	X-Windows/Motif
8.	Mac		MacOS	Macintosh UI

Any additional information on support for foreign languages (Kanji,etc.) 
and different databases by the packages will be highly appreciated.
