Greetings, I have been listening to the 'Southwest Radio Church' program on the christian station here. The program comes from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. For the past week and the remainder of this week, they have been interviewing an author whose name is Church (how apt) about his book called 'Hidden Prophecies in the Psalms'. The book may be obtained with a donation to the program. This book seems worth sending for altho I as yet haven't. What Rev. Church has found out is that the Psalms (the 19th book of the OT) contains year by year prophecy about the Jews. Psalm 1 about 1901, Psalm 2 about 1902, etc. Church has been able to go through each of the first 86 Psalms and identify what took place in the Jews' history in the 1900's. In Psalm 48 is the discussion of the birth of the nation of Isreal, for example (at least, I recall it was Psalm 48). It has accurately predicted the major world conflicts and the suffering of the Jews, to name a few. Considering that the Psalms also talk of the end times (the Tribulation), if this theory of Church's holds out for the remainder of the Psalms, then we should see some *major* things happen within our lifetimes. I am not trying to create a panic here, just that it is something that is worth looking into. The author says that most christians consider the Psalms to be Ho-hum, but if this is true, it is one of the most exciting things to come to light. Peace be with you, Robert Dexter
