Sometimes, when the world gets going a little too fast, I sit down for a minute and look around me. I see a world that is ordered, with logical, predictable physical laws. Looking around once more confirms creation, both of this world and of me. No matter how fast and furious it gets, God is still there, still caring, still loving. (Today was one of those days!) Suddenly, the same song, learned years ago, comes to memory and the hassles seem to fade away. The following is from memory... please excuse any typo's or errors. MAJESTY AND GLORY Tom Fetke and Linda Johnson When I look into the night sky And see the work of Your fingers, The moon and stars suspended in space - Oh, what is man that You are mindful of him? You have given man a crown of glory and honor And have made him a little lower than the angels. You have put him in charge of all creation, The bird of the air The beasts of the field The fish of the sea. Oh, what is man -- Yes, what is man that you are mindful of him? Oh, Lord my God, the majesty and glory of Your name Transcends the earth and fills the heavens. Oh, Lord my God, little children praise You earnestly. And so would we. Alleluia!
