In aerial combat over the Saar region, 9 French Hawk fighters down
4 Me 109's of a flight of 27.  The French claim 9 kills.  Localized
shelling continues along the front.

Soviet Premier Molotoff calls on workers worldwide to overthrow capitalism.
Germany, along with France and Britain, is condemned as an imperialist
power.  The US and Italy are also impugned;  but the speech is taken
optimistically, as a withdrawal of support from Germany.

Belgian King Leopold arrives at the Hague to speak with Queen Wilhelmina
of the Netherlands to discuss the international situation.
