Moscow claims that 13 forts have been captured today, though Finnish sources deny the report. Turkey confiscates the German-owned Krupp shipyard on the Golden Horn, discharging the Germans working there to produce ships for the Turkish fleet. Britain announces that, effective 11 March, fresh meat would be rationed.
