[soc.college] Path to UC Santa Barbara

Is UC Santa Barbara out there anywhere?  I am looking for a path
(and a person) there who would be willing to provide me with some
information on their EE grad school.

Any help would be appreciated.  Please e-mail if possible as my news
reading is sporadic at times.
