Guess you have us there.  The Shlbnlltz empire is responsible for all
the evils in the world, including the Soviet Union, Jerry Falwell, and
the Boston Red Sux.

Besides, don't you know that Project Anathema really is an outpost of
the Phlantz?

Anyway, MooCow is not a "real" space cow.  It is a "virtual" space
cow.  Its brain is really on the vsusr RVD pack, on the machine
"jinx."  Thus, MooKow can *NEVER* succeed, and every time this minion
of evil does anything, it fails.

Is this MooCow anything like a Cosmic Cow which was known to
exist in Central New York some years ago?  Like, karma, ya know.
