Does anyone have experience in dealing with MED-FLEX, Myrtle Beach, SC? I just received CTAR for SCO Xenix from them. It is a TAR-like utility that does file compression and (I think) error correction on floppy disk and tape archives. I received two versions, one for SCO Xenix, the other for MS-DOS. These are compatible formats, allowing the transfer of data from Xenix to DOS and back easily. It must do weird and wonderful things for backups, because it pricked the interest of a secret US Government organisation who stopped it at the Canadian border. Although No Such Agency was mentioned, this caused a three-day lag in its delivery time! 8-( -- Paul Shields, shields@yunccn.UUCP Communication is a two-way street. Don't get run over.
