Well, I finally got a reliable picture tube for my radio. Now I need one for my turntable. I haven't bothered with CDs because I'm waiting for that newfangled high-res TV stuff to stabilize. Did you ever try to get 15 KV out of a 9V transistor battery? Having accomplished that, even the bowels of the dread X server hold no fear for me. -M'zap and thom, Honolulu would be farther...
