Let's see, the last time I checked, Nicaragua was in CENTRAL America,
had a mixed economy, and was struggling to write a Constitution
to protect civil, human, and political rights in spite of 15,000 U.S-paid
terrorists killing soldiers and civilians alike along its northern
border.

Would Mr. Stein please let me know if Nicaragua has migrated to South
America, for I'm on my way there (yes, with tecNICA) in one week and
would need to change flight arrangements.
