  ``The NECC provides a broad and rich forum for discussion among individuals
    interested in educational computing...

  ``Authors are invited to submit papers describing actual experience with 
    computer use in educatoin or the consequences of such use on the educational
    process either in formal school settings or in other organizational 
    environments.  Papers should report concrete results or be survey or
    tutorial papers that include synthesis and evaluation.  Papers that make
    recommendations should specify a basis beyond the author's opinion...

  ``Scope: The following topics are examples of areas of interest;

	o Computer use at all academic levels and in all academic disciplines

	o Curricula planning in disciplines where computing or computer use 
	  is the focus of instruction.

	o Computer education and opportunities for special audiences.

	o Computer education outside the typical school environment.

	o Computer-managed instruction and computer-based testing.

	o Computer education for teachers.
