[mod.conferences] Adm: Change in mod.conferences...

Just a simple change: to accomodate those folks who use the "notes" system
for reading usenet, the subject line prefixes are going to be shortened as 
follows;

	Conference:		-> 	Conf:
	Call-For-Papers:	->	CFP:
	Administration:		->	Adm:

I hope this doesn't unduly disturb anyone.
