Greetings, everyone. I, a traveler from the world of mainstram rock music (i.e. Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Yes, Stevie Nicks, Rush), have been observing this newsgroup for the past few months and have finally decided to venture into the realm of the Love-Hounds. So I bought "The Dreaming" around the first of last month. Now I'll admit, when I first popped the cassette into the stereo and listened, I thought it was a mite peculiar. But after I'd listened to the album a few times, I found myself thinking, "Wow! This stuff is great! Why didn't I get this before?" So now I play the cassette almost every day. And as you would expect from a first-time Kate-listener, I've a few questions. (These have probably been answered before, but as I said I'm new here). 1) What does the aborigine say? 2) Exactly where does "The Dreaming" end and "Night of the Swallow" begin? 3) What or where is Gaffa? 4) Why is knowledge "something sat in your lap"? Kate-land is a wonderous place indeed..... Carlo Samson U09862%uicvm.bitnet@wiscvm.wisc.edu
