1) Did my second message about the new Bill Nelson LP (backing up my
statements that it was artistically compromised for US release) ever get
through? Our network link was down for about a week, just around the time
when I sent the letter, and I never found out if it got through...
2) I taped our station copy of the Severed Heads' "Come Visit The Big Bigot"
about a week after we got it (quite a while ago now) and I find it creeping
into my walkman with frightening regularity. I am not familiar with any of
the band's previous material however. Any recommendations from the SH fans
out there as to what else I should hunt down by the band?
3) Not a query, really, just a statement. ARGHHHHHH! The new XTC lp,
"Skylarking" has been pushed back AGAIN (this is the 5th time, as I count)
and is now not due for release until DECEMBER 1st! If I were a less rational
and patient man, I might start sending letter bombs to Geffen... Of course
it may not be their fault, but it probably is and besides, I can't blame
the band...
