Ok, a couple of one-line shots, from (ever-failing) memory.

The best book I've read in a long while is Mary Gentle's (I *think* I've
got her last name right) "Golden Witchbreed." Obviously science fiction,
but it has a bit of a fantasy taste. Any one else out there read it?

The new Tiptree novel "Brightness Falls from the Air" (or something like
that) is pretty good. Not great, but worth buying/reading.

Gibson's "Neuromancer" (which got a nebula - undeservedly, if you ask
me. Then again, "Press [Enter]" also got one, so...) is ditto.

Other than that, you're right - everybody seems to be doing fantasy.
Could someone make some suggestions for me?

	Thanx,
