That thing on the back of The Whole Story is ...
A Cloud Making (Cloudbusting?) Machine !
It is part of the video for Cloudbusting, which (unfortunately) I
never got to see in its entirety. It features Donald Southerland
(right IED, Doug?) [Right. -- Doug] as daddy and as he's being taken
away by the G-men in their big black car our heroine jumps on the
machine, produces thousands of cubic feet of clouds and everybody
lives happily ever after (once it starts raining). Beautiful video.
I just wish I'd seen it all or had it taped ('tis the season to ask
for the KT videotape, fa-la-la-la-la la-la la-la).

P.S.: Since we've more or less established that "Experiment IV" is the
universe, I've been wondering if that's why they include a black
hole in the center of every record!
