You might have made a better case for yourself if you did not include the idiot lists from NME and Melody Maker. Everyone knows those lists don't mean "top ten records" but "top ten trends". Melody Maker and NME have no idea what music is. they are insipid art rags comprised of pale skinned wavos who spend all their times at parties telling everyone else how wavo they are. there were a ton of good albums from scratch acid, butthole surfers, big black (medicore in fact), volcano suns, POISON IDEA, firehose, birdsongs, great plains, killdozer, death of samantha, etc, etc. but i keep forgetting, these are american bands, and all those wavos out there who read and live NME and MM won't like american bands unles NME or MM tells them to. whoever made that comment was not listening to what half of this list has been saying. (the other half is made up of people from the ied school of verbal masturbation alfke school of wankerism) don't forget ZZ Top released an awesome album last year, or did you forget ? I worship springsteen. you can tell ied has a degree in art history. he talks but says nothing, typical art fag.
