Does anyone know the relationship between Volcano Suns, Dredd Fool and the Din, and Birdsongs of the Mezazoic? I saw all three at the Rat (Boston, Kenmore Sq.) last year the personnel was very confusing. First off, Roger Miller played trumpet in one of Dredd's songs. It also looked like Dredd was a subset of Volcano Suns, but one can never be too sure. What is going on here? Disolving Minds Want To Know! (anyway, Dredd Fool was much better than Volcano Suns, their album is very bad however. Birdsongs are God, Roger Miller is better than God) Appegios from Hell pZ Paul Czarnecki -- Eikonix, Corp. -- Bedford, MA {{harvard,ll-xn}!adelie,{decvax,allegra,talcott}!encore}!munsell!pz -- USENET, too much is never enough

Really-From: Paul Kirsch<seismo!sjuvax!kirsch> If everyone hasn't heard yet, the Volcano Suns broke up-- I'll say more later once I find out all the gory details. Supposedly Jeff and Jon are going to stay together and start another band. Life really sucks sometimes. -Paul Kirsch

There's speculation that the "breakup" is temporary as they cool down a bit from their road problems. So chip, chip and all that rot.

Really-From: Paul Kirsch<seismo!sjuvax!kirsch> This information is not infallible but somebody told me recently that some members of the Suns and some members of Dump Truck just recorded an LP that's due out next week. I have no idea what the band name is-- maybe somebody else does. -Paul Kirsch
