Well I saw the Stranglers last night  here at Revival in Philly-- what an
awesome show.  I think this is the first English band I've seen in a while
that 1) weren't total hair farmers and 2) were spoiled rotten 3) were
so cool to the crowd.

The band did a great selection of songs, concentrating on their "Aural
Sculpture" Lp which kind of surprised me considering the commercial
push that "Dreamtime" has gotten.  They also shocked me by doing several
numbers off of the Black and White album and "Down in the Sewer" from their
first LP.

If you get a chance to see these guys on the rest of their tour, Do IT.
They are amazingly talented on their instruments and I have not heard a
better keyboard player in a long time.

I was kinda shocked to see how *old* they all looked (they're all pushing
40 or already past it)
