[I did not get the original article, but I thought some of you might be interested in Masscomp's policy with respect to adding hardware that is exactly like what they sell, but does not have the MASSCOMP emblem on it, -- sob] Well, we did just that. We bought and installed our own Fujitsu Eagle, 474 Meg jobbie. We saved a lot of money. Only, one hitch...Masscomp must make a "pre-contract inspection/installation". This cost us a tidy sum...it still saved us some. Also, the media defect list must be on a floppy if you want the Fujitsu formatted. The vendor of our Fujitsu only gave us a hard copy. So, I had to type it in by hand. It's boring, but no big deal. pk
