Well, things can't be SOMEHOW prohibited for SOME reason. If the "Feds" tell
me that a certain item can't be exported, they have to quote specific 
provisions of specific laws (acts, court decisions, etc.).

However, according to the quotes in the original posting, anything sold in 
stores for more than strictly cost (and few stores will sell things w/o some
profit margin) does not fall under the General License.
