I just got off the phone with Roger's agent.  It seems that all of the
rumours about the new Amber series (some of them reported in Locus) are
not exactly accurate.  The facts are: Roger has contracted to do 7 books
for the series.  Starting with the second book, Roger's editor will be
... Frank Herbert!  The titles of the books will be:

	Trumps of Doom		[Already in print]
	Doom Messiah
	Children of Doom
	Godemperor of Doom
	Heretics of Doom
	Chapterhouse Doom
	Doom: The Final Solution

[Sorry -- it's not even my joke!  Ken the Kunning came up with the
idea.]
