Has anyone figured out how to get efs working on a "random" host? I can
get MacIP going because it asks for the internet address (the same as the
ethernet address on our net) but efs only asks for two numbers! I need
to be able to supply a full ip address, like "1.0.43.240".

Any ideas? (It's entirely possible that I'm missing the point here) It seems
that the reason MacIP works is that it uses ARP to resolve the appletalk
address it should send to to get the host address I supply. Since efs
doesn't use ARP, do I need bridge code which will "hardwire" addresses
(is this what those funny "presupplied" translations at the end of the
kinetics config file are for? Hum....)
