Manx, the people who made the Aztec C compiler I presently use, mention in the Release Doc accompanying the latest update (is that still G?) that they have set up a bulletin board for Aztec C users. Sounds nice! However, since I live in Holland it's too costly for me to check it out. Has anybody ever given it a call? The phone number is (201)530-6893, speeds 300 or 1200 bps. A few days ago someone on the net who also uses Manx Aztec C asked me whether I knew anything about system equate files for Manx's 68K assembler. Since I only feed my assembler the output from the C compiler I haven't needed such files (yet), but I can imagine people who would. They would be indispensable for assembly language programming on the Mac, giving the locations of various global variables. The person who contacted me thought these files might be public domain. If anybody can give any more information on this, please do! --Thomas Thomas Fruin, CS undergraduate, Leiden University, Netherlands Bitnet : FRUIN@HLERUL5 Arpanet: FRUIN%HLERUL5.BITNET@WISCVM.WISC.EDU FidoNet: user THOMAS FRUIN, net 3101, node 15
