Hi,
Just recently I started receiving these "Mail" files I subscribed to
the info-atari expecting only 3 or four people interested and here i see
a lot more than that ...geeze even a dude right from ATARI ( Neil I beleive )
and I just want to say something ..." This is great!!! "
Well now to the heart of the question ,... does anybody out there
know of or have an 80 collum terminal program that can be used on the
800 ( real old one ) that is either public domain or real cheap ?
I got a Kermit Program from a Kermit server here on BITnet its in action
but for some reason my ( stupid ) 830 modem wont talk to the program wich
supposedly uses a ( smart ) Hayes modem, other than that i tried an 80
collum program from an old "Compute" magazine but that program and the
850 handler are not compatible ive spent hours trying to rewrite them
to work together but to no avail .....
if you can help I appreciate it,
Ill be waiting ( hacking at the other term progs )
