get weather maps into your atari. Parts will cost you
about $20. NOTE: You will also need a good short wave
radio with single side band capability. Even that will
not insure that you will be able to receive good pictures.
It could depend on your location.
29	NEW OWNERS COLUMN
This is lesson 6 covering subroutines with a couple of
		sample uses.
31	WEFAX DECODER
This is the software program that you will need to be able

can use to display weather pictures. You will also need
the WEFAX interface described on page 24.

42	WHERE THE WEATHER COMES FROM
ANTIC visits a National Weather Service station to see
how weather pictures are received and used.
47	WEATHER CALCULATOR

54	ST WEFAX DECODER
This is the software program that you will need to be able
to convert radio signels to information your ST Atari

also need an MC68000 assembler such as the one included

Hippo C assembler. You may have to fine tune it to work
with any besides the one that comes with the developers kit.

Comments: This issue is particularly interesting for anyone interested in
weather and forecasting. The current ad for the Zobian Controls
'RAT' shows they have lowered the price of this mouse device to
$69.95. Does anyone use this device? If so please mail me
your reaction to it or review it for the whole net. Thanks.
