The Avatex dealer who told me about the forthcoming 2400 bps model for under The Avatex dealer who told me about the forthcoming fully Hayes compatible 2400 bps Avatex product for less than $200 is Rick Pommet, of Nelson Communications, (617) 738-6000. Avatex sales is a sideline and Rick is pretty busy during the day so inquiries may be more successful in the evening via his home number (617) 667-4357. Another Avatex dealer, who by the way will probably be offering a direct Atari XL/XE interface for the 2400 bps unit as he does for the 1200, is Paul Swanson of Nite Lite Systems (mfgr of the BBS software by that name) at (617) 663-4463 or on his BBS at 663-4221. Paul's prices tend to be higher, as sales and service of Atari-related products is his livelihood.
