Kit, With regards to the article in ANTIC that custom OS's such as the OMNIMON can "severely damage" a hard drive, utterly absurd. That kind of irresponsible writing is a trademark of ANTIC and is one of the reason I have not subscribed to their magazine for years. In fact, if they had bothered to call me (as responsible journalists should do who are fixing to make such damaging allegations) I would have pointed out that OMNIMON itself can do no damage. What can do damage is improperly written software that makes illegal assumptions about the operating system. David Young -------
